One of the obligations transferred to the Producer Responsibility Organization is to reach the waste management targets and limits on behalf of its clients – producers associated - on a year to year basis.
Thus, we repeatedly met the legal obligation on behalf of our clients for the year 2022: producers of packaging, non-packaging products, electric and electronic equipment, as well as manufacturers of batteries and accumulators.
The report pursuant to the Art. 27, par. 4 h) of the Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste, amending certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Waste Act”) was submitted to the Ministry of Environment SR within the statutory deadline.
The reports submitted on behalf of all represented producers of packaging, non-packaging products, electric and electronic equipment, as well as batteries and accumulators comprise information on the amounts of the reserved products placed on the SR market by our clients, in parallel with the waste volume generated thereof, for which we have ensured collection, recovery and recycling.
We deliver to our clients confirmation on fulfillment of the reserved obligations covering the year 2022 by the end of March 2023 (in compliance with the Art. 28, par. 4 i) of the Waste Act) only by electronic means - for packaging and non-packaging products for the tenth time, while for electric and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators it was for the fourth time.
It means that we spare two paper sheets per each our client, resulting in totally 20 thousand saved sheets of paper. This is how we contribute to the protection of environment.
We would like to thank all our clients for the expressed trust and for using our services, and we look forward to our further cooperation.
