Producer Responsibility Organization NATUR-PACK accomplished its notification obligation regarding the year 2016, pursuant to the Art. 27 par. 4 h) of the Waste Act No. 79/2015 Coll., in a due time
We have delivered to the Ministry of Environment SR the following documents:
- Notification of packaging introduced to the market of the Slovak Republic and fulfillment of the proportion of packaging waste recovery and recycling (to the extent pursuant to the Art. 15 of the Regulation No. 366/2015 Coll.).
- Notification of the packaging waste collection (to the extent pursuant to the Art. 15 of the Regulation No. 366/2015 Coll.).
- Notification of non-packaging products introduced to the market of the Slovak Republic and the proportion of the waste from non-packaging products recovery and recycling (to the extent pursuant to the Art. 16 of the Regulation No. 366/2015 Coll.).
The notifications contain information on the volume of packaging and non-packaging products introduced to the market of the SR by the customers of PRO NATUR-PACK, as well as information on the amounts of packaging and non-packaging waste for which the collection, recovery and recycling was performed by NATUR-PACK.
Confirmation of the related obligations fulfillment will be delivered electronically to the individual customers by the end of March.
We succeeded to establish ourselves in the newly created market of PROs, where we have confirmed the leading position, and we again fulfill the corresponding obligation for the highest number of manufacturers of the reserved products during the year 2016. We deliver our services to 59.63 % of all customers of packaging PROs in the segment of packaging and non-packaging products.
