The PRO NATUR-PACK fulfills the delegated obligations on behalf of the largest number of clients among all producer responsibility organizations (PRO) on an annual basis. Up to 7 900 companies were represented by the end of the year 2021. Packaging producers, producers of non-packaging products, electric and electronic equipment as well as producers of batteries and accumulators are our clients.
We have met the reporting obligation on behalf of our clients in a due time on 25 February 2021, pursuant to the Art. 27, par. 4 h) of the Act No. 79/2015 Coll. on waste, amending certain acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as “Waste Act”), and we have delivered the reports required by law to the Ministry of Environment SR.
Content of notifications representing all manufacturers of packaging, non-packaging products, batteries and accumulators involves information on the amounts of the reserved products placed on the SR market by our clients, as well as the information on the volumes of waste generated thereof, for which we ensured collection, recovery and recycling. We deliver to our clients until the end of March 2022 (pursuant to the Art. 28 par. 4 i) of the Waste Act) a confirmation letter on fulfillment of the reserved obligations covering the year 2021 by electronic means in the sector of packaging and non-packaging products for the ninth time, in case of electric and electronic equipment, batteries and accumulators for the third time. Thus, we are able to spare two sheets of paper per each client, which results in more than 20 000 spared sheets of paper. This is also our approach how to contribute to the environmental protection.
