Amendment to the Act resulted also in cancellation of the quarterly notification obligation to submit to the Ministry of Environment the form „Production Volume Notification, cross-border transport from another member state to the Slovak Republic, import, cross-border transport to another member state from the Slovak Republic, and export” (Annex No. 13 of the Regulation No. 366/2015 Coll.). This notification covering the 2nd quarter of the year 2017 is not submitted to the MoE SR.
Other obligations of the producers towards the Producer Responsibility Organization remain unchanged.
