Under Article 8 (2) of Act on Packaging No. 119/2010 Coll. NATUR-PACK, a.s. submitted to the Slovak Ministry of Environment, within the set deadline (28/2/2013), a Report on packaging and on meeting the binding limits for packaging waste recovery and recycling under Article 10 of the Act on Packaging for the members of the NATURPACK collective system for the calendar year (2012).
Each member of NATUR-PACK was informed of the fact that the Report was sent to the Ministry of Environment within the set deadline. Each member was also delivered a confirmation certifying the meeting of the binding limits on packaging waste recovery and recycling along with a table of each member’s annual packaging records for 2012.
